Our Story
Stretch-n-Grow was conceived in January of 1992 by Jill and Bob Manly, with a plan to conduct classes on a local level only in their home town of Galveston, Texas. The simple concept of providing a comprehensive fitness program at an early, impressionable age grew quickly into an impressive world-wide network of dedicated, talented people with the common goal of building a successful organization that has a positive impact on the health and fitness of young children. Together, we share the common goal of building a successful orgnaization that has a positive impact on the health and fitness of young children.
Our Story

Stretch-n-Grow is a family and faith-based company. Jill’s daughter Amanda Cannon Hollowell joined the company shortly after the birth of Jill and Bob’s daughter Megan in July 1992, and she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Megan started her own Stretch-n-Grow franchise in St. Petersburg, FL in 2016 and joined the corporate team in 2019, where she currently serves as VP of Franchise Development. Together, Amanda and Megan carry on Bob and Jill’s legacy as we continue to Stretch-n-Grow!

We are experts in providing programs that are high-quality, FUN, educational exercise experiences that help grow happy, healthy, successful kids. We work in partnership with schools and parents to bring engaging classes that focus on a mix of physical activity, education, and teamwork. With a weekly emphasis on exercise and good food choices, our extensive curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue including hygiene, self-esteem, and safety.
Our purpose is to create life-long healthy habits at an early age!
Classes are provided on-site at private schools, childcare centers, home daycares, preschools, after-school programs, and mom’s groups.
