Our Franchisee Selection Process
Our Franchisee Selection Process will allow us to get to know each other to make sure our partnership has the best chance of succeeding. We want to make sure you have the qualities that make our Franchise Partners great at running a Stretch-n-Grow Franchise and making a positive impact in their community!
Stretch-n-Grow may not be the right opportunity for everyone, but we're committed to making sure our partnerships are with the right people!
Our Franchisee Selection Process
Our Franchisee Selection Process will allow us to get to know each other to make sure our partnership has the best chance of succeeding. We want to make sure you have the qualities that make our Franchise Partners great at running a Stretch-n-Grow Franchise and making a positive impact in their community!
Stretch-n-Grow may not be the right opportunity for everyone, but we're committed to making sure our partnerships are with the right people!
Step 1
The initial call is a 15-20 phone call with Megan Bowling, our Vice President of Franchise Development. The purpose is to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit as Franchise Partners. If so, you’ll be invited to complete our application.
Step 2
Our application will gather a little more in-depth information and will be used as the basis for the Franchise Partner qualification process. Once it’s complete, we’ll have another call to review your application and ask follow-up questions.
Step 3
We’ll send you our Federal Disclosure Document that contains our Agreement. This is an important legal document that you need to review carefully. You’ll also sign an acknowledgment of receipt showing that we shared it with you.
Step 4
We’ll provide you with several of our Franchise Partners to contact and ask questions. Their first-hand feedback is important as you validate your decision to come Stretch-n-Grow with us!
Step 5
We want you to get to meet our entire Team during this process! We’ll invite you to a virtual Discovery Day where you’ll meet us and have an opportunity to ask any questions you may still have.
Step 6
At this point, we have a decision to make! Do we want to partner to bring Stretch-n-Grow to your community? If the answer is “YES” then we’ll award you a Stretch-n-Grow Franchise and schedule your training!
