Find answers for each step of your Stretch-n-Grow journey!
THE FRANCHISE
Download our Franchise Guide or Request More Information to start the process, and someone from our Franchise Development Team will reach out to you about the FDD.
Our Franchise Development Team will create your territory based on the number of licensed childcare centers within selected zip codes.
Once you complete the application process, our Franchise Development Team will complete the proper due diligence before deciding to award the franchise. This can take 3 to 4 weeks.
Once you are awarded a Stretch-n-Grow Franchise, we’ll schedule for training, and you can begin operations as soon as you return home. Typically, this process takes less than 60 days, depending on training availability.
There is no need to rent a facility or field for your classes. You will teach them in childcare centers, preschools, rec centers, churches, etc.
Our program is designed to have a very low overhead, and that includes no salaries other than your own. You will need to have first-hand experience teaching the classes before you begin hiring coaches.
We recommend that you participate in the day-to-day operation of your business for at least the first year. Exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances.
No! Our Franchise Partners come from all walks of life – nurses, teachers, office managers, stay-at-home parents, etc. You do need to have a passion for fitness and the ability to physically keep up with the class demands. Check out our Franchise Partner Roles page for more information.
You will market directly to childcare center directors and parents. Ultimately, however, the children enrolled in your classes will be your primary customers! Our goal is to make sure they are having so much fun that they don’t realize they are exercising and learning healthy habits!

THE FINANCES
Our franchise fee is $36,000 for a protected territory of 50 licensed centers within conjoining zip codes. Your total initial investment, including the franchise fee, is approximately $44,500. (Regional territories are available for well-qualified candidates.)
At this time we do not offer financing; however, we can give you advice on how to obtain funding.
This depends on a number of factors, including how quickly you begin marketing, how efficiently you run your business, how closely you follow our proven business model, and how much effort you put into your business.
We’re not able to give you financial projections. During the Franchise Award Process, you can consult with some of our Franchise Partners and determine the best estimate for you. Results vary depending on your motivation and willingness to follow our process.
Our minimum class fee is $35; however, you will set your pricing to be competitive in your market.
