What School Directors are Saying about Stretch-n-Grow:
Stretch-n-Grow has become an integral fitness program at our school. The kids and parents love it, and we're just delighted to see the little ones getting to exercise and learn while having fun!
Our class just LOVES our weekly Stretch-n-Grow class! It is their favorite day of the week. They go so far as to pretend to hold their own classes and fight over who gets to be Ms. Christa. Every day they ask if it's Stretch-n-Grow day, and if we say "no" they are so disappointed! It is definitely something I would recommend to anyone who is even slightly interested. It has been a lifesaver, especially in the winter months when we can't always go outside and the children need to let off steam. I would give 5 stars and say it's a must do if you have the opportunity!
Stretch-n-Grow is an amazing program that brings our scholars fun and educational movement activities. Our coach brings energy, enthusiasm, and faith to the program; and we love having her visit with us each week. Our tiny scholars look forward to each new and exciting activity that she leads. We also love that the fee is affordable so we can continue to be blessed by the wonderful program that benefits every child we serve.
The kids love when Coach Becky comes through the door, they are so excited and happy! They are very good listeners during Stretch-n-Grow class. They learn how to follow directions while they are learning how to balance and improve their motor skills.
Stretch-n-Grow is clearly a valuable additional to our quality childcare program. I would recommend it to parents and centers alike.
I like that the children can have fun exercising. They can get their energy out, it breaks up the day and they love doing it.
The children get excited when it’s time to go to Stretch-n-Grow. I like that they are constantly moving and have noticed they are learning healthy things, having fun with friends and have time for social development as well.
We love Ms. Christa and Stretch-n-Grow!!! The kids and teachers get soooo excited when she pulls in. Adding Stretch-n-Grow to our week was one of the best things we've done for our kids!!! The kids have so much fun while they are learning to be fit, and it's not a chore to be healthy 🙂 And we adults love it too!
They have more energy and discuss concepts they’ve heard like healthy choices and different muscles. I like the variety of activities and the creative way they are introduced. I would recommend the program because it instills an early love and appreciation for activity and mindful eating.
Our children are more active as a result of engaging in Stretch-n-Grow. They often recreate the activities they do with Coach Becky. They learn at least one new word each time she visits and she makes doing physical education super fun. Our friends always get so excited every time Stretch-n-Grow comes to the school!
I have noticed the children in Stretch-n-Grow have a higher gross motor skill as well as more control during a group activity involving movement. I like the activity it gives the kids. The benefits I see include group organization and out of class experience.
St. Paul’s Preschool has been a partner of Stretch-n-Grow of Utah for approximately 20 years. We found them when we were looking for a fun developmentally appropriate fitness program for our students. We have always been impressed with the knowledge, care, and enthusiasm of their coaches. We hope to continue partnering with Stretch-n-Grow and Wasatch Family Fitness for many years to come.

Listen, if you have a kid's birthday party coming up, BOOK IT WITH STRETCH-N-GROW!!!! It was so wonderful just being able to sit back and relax and watch the kids have fun while the parents could catch up! The kids had so much fun!!!! Totally would do this again for my kid's parties!!!
My 4.5 year old son has had a wonderful summer taking part in weekly rookie soccer, basketball and softball classes. We also signed up for a week-long summer camp, which due to Covid-19 ended up requiring parental as well as child participation. Not sure which of us enjoyed it more! I’d definitely recommend Stretch-n-Grow programs and classes: they create a fun environment; there’s lots of confidence-boosting positive reinforcement for the kiddos; the coaches are energetic and caring; and it’s fantastic value for money!

Hello! I just wanted to send a quick thank you. My two boys, 7 & 11 just completed the Extreme Fit class through Gilbert Recreation with Coach Kori. When we started the summer my 11 year old did a lot of groaning about his annoyance at having been signed up for this class. Turns out he thoroughly enjoyed it. On the way home from the last class today he thanked me at least three times for signing him up. Kudos to Kori and your program for making fitness fun.
My three kids participated in Stretch-n-Grow. They had so much fun with Coach Diane and Coach Linda! It is a top-notch enrichment program. Keep up the great work!
It's a great program, and your schools are very lucky to have you there.
